- Presentation of the annual report of cleansing 2009.

Mr POUBEAU of General VEOLIA of Water, presents management the report of the délégataire Véolia Compagnie General of Water relating to the public service of cleansing for 2009.

Mister the Mayor explains to the members of the Council that, within the framework of the construction of a new treatment unit of waste water, it is necessary to seek a project superintendent.

Mister the Mayor points out the main features of the concept of small units of life.

The MARPA (Rural House of Reception for Elderly) is a concept developed by the MSA for the good being of the elderly, which enables them to carry out a life “as at home”. It is a small structure, made up of individual residences, limited to the reception of 24 people, reprocessed, autonomous or in loss of autonomy.

The birth of idea MARPA appeared within the municipal council and of the CCAS of the commune, already a few years ago, the commune having a ground for its possible establishment with VOUZERON.
