Modifying decision M14 Budget - 2010

Mister the Mayor gives to reading of a letter of Madam the Prefect bringing of the remarks on the M14 budget. Consequently and to be in conformity with the L2322-1 article of the general code of the territorial collectivities, it is necessary to proceed to a modifying decision of the M14 Budget - 2010, Investissement section.

The municipal council decides to carry out the modification hereafter:

Unforeseen expenditure (article 020)   - 4.000 €

What carries the section of investment in expenditure to 238.087 €

 

Approval of the simplified modification of the Local plan of Town planning (RAINED)

Mister the Mayor gives to knowledge to the council of a letter of Mister the Sub-prefect bringing of the observations on the deliberation taken on December 18, 2009 approving the modification simplified of RAINED which is not justified.

Consequently the municipal council approves the modification simplified as presented, i.e. only the Ua1 article in chapter 1 and the Ub1 article in chapter 2.

 

Modification of the statutes of the Departmental Trade union of Energy of Expensive

Mister the Mayor reads out deliberation of the Committee of the Departmental Trade union of Energy of Expensive relating to the modification of his statutes, in particular article 1 concerning the adhesion of 2 communities of communes:

- The Community of communes of the Grounds of Yèvre (MEHUN ON YEVRE)

- The Community of communes of the Grounds Sharp (VASSELAY)

The Municipal council approves the modification of the statutes of the Departmental Trade union of Energy of Expensive.

 

Work of public lighting related to the maintenance of public lighting by the SDE 18 - Porch of the church

Mister the Mayor announces to the municipal council that following the Public lighting transfer of competence with the SDE 18, this one from now on is entitled to carry out work of maintenance of public lighting.

Consequently, Mister the Mayor presents a plan of financing for work of public lighting related to the maintenance of the projector to the porch of the church.

The Municipal council, decides to accept the plan of estimated financing for a contribution of the community of 50% on amount HT, that is to say 814,13 € HT

 

Election of new delegates for the CCVF

Mister the Mayor makes share with the members of the Municipal council that following the death of Mr Jean-Luc BADOC, deputy titular of the Community of Communes of the Villages of the Forest, it is necessary to proceed to the election of new delegates.

Were elected by the Municipal council:

- Mr Fernand HAMMER, deputy titular

- Mr Christophe LOUAISIL, deputy temporary

 

Designation Members of the Communal Commission of Invitation to tender

Mister the Mayor exposes to the members of the Municipal council that following the death of Mr Jean-Luc BADOC, regular member of the communal commission of Invitation to tender, it is necessary to designate a novel member.

The Municipal council decides to indicate

- Mr Jean-Paul RUSSERY, regular member

- Mr Fernand HAMMER, temporary member

 

Increase in the tariffs of the hiring of the House of Associations.

The Municipal council decides to revise the price of the hiring of the House of associations, as from a reservation to date, as follows:

Private individuals of Vouzeron:

Guarantee: 200 €

Dresser, Evening: 100 €

Wafer, Reception, Meeting: 50 € (Free for associations vouzeronnaises)

People external in Vouzeron:

Guarantee: 200 €

Dresser, Evening: 200 €

Wafers, Reception, Meeting: 100 €

 

Financial participation of the commune with the construction of a new Help centre with Neuvy-sur-Barangeon.

Mister the Mayor makes known to the council that the construction project of a new barracks of the firemen presents a overcost caused by the bad condition of the ground of an amount of 60.000 € distributed on the communes concerned with the intervention of the firemen of Neuvy in first call and second call.

According to the table presented by the SDIS established according to a division equal between a distribution to the surface of the commune and the number of interventions per commune, the participation of the commune would rise with 10.074 €.

The municipal council accepts this principle of financing so that the barracks can settle in Neuvy, provided that the participation remains with the same amount. The municipal council asks the SDIS that the payment of the communal participation either spread out over 2 years, or 2011 and 2012.

 

Other business

Field of Couturanderie

The field of Couturanderie located mainly on the commune of the St. Lawrence east on sale. The commune of St-Laurent proposes to buy this field included the part located on the commune of Vouzeron.

The municipal council is favorable to this project. It wishes to preserve the communal part wedged in the field.

 

Grocer multiservices

The Mayor informs that the grocer multiservices closes at the weekend.

Mister the Mayor proposes to disseminate information to seek a transferee.

Mr GANTIER wishes that the commune repurchase the material related to the manufacture of the bread as well as the window.
