Mister the Mayor points out that according to the convention signed with the Department of Expensive for installation on the RD 926 in Loeuf of Houx, which consists with a central small island intended to reduce speed, the common one has in load the maintenance costs and the maintenance of the whole of the urban equipment related to this installation.

Mister the Mayor reads out mail of the Equal Court of the Rural Beams carrying assignment to appear for an audience of conciliation on November 19, 2010 at the request of a tenant of communal grounds on a litigation relating to an agricultural lease.

The council gives its agreement so that Mister the mayor is assisted of a lawyer.
