Mister the Mayor states that the General Code of the Territorial collectivities authorizes the Municipal council to open appropriations in section of investment in 2012 within the limit of 25% of those open the previous year if the community would not have adopted its budget before January 1.

The Municipal council authorizes the Mayor to be engaged and to elect the capital expenditures within the limit of the quarter of the appropriations open to the budget 2011, is

Ø 13.445 € for the M14 budget,

Ø 12.926 € for the budget cleansing.

· Modification of the statutes of the Trade union of Electrification 18.

The municipal council approves the modification of the statutes of the Trade union of Electrification of Expensive (SDE 18) and authorizes the adhesion of the Community of Communes of the Villages of the Forest.

The Municipal council decides, to institute on the whole of the communal territory, the participation for the financing of the roadway systems and public networks (Participation for Roadway system and Networks) which makes it possible to put at the load of the landowners the costs of construction of the new ways, of the installation of the existing ways as well as the adaptation of the networks for the establishment of new constructions.

- Budget annexes Epicerie - modifying Decision of the M14 Budget

The Municipal council approves the modification of the statutes of the Departmental Trade union of Energy of Expensive.

 

Work of public lighting related to the maintenance of public lighting by the SDE 18 - Porch of the church

Mister the Mayor announces to the municipal council that following the Public lighting transfer of competence with the SDE 18, this one from now on is entitled to carry out work of maintenance of public lighting.

Consequently, Mister the Mayor presents a plan of financing for work of public lighting related to the maintenance of the projector to the porch of the church.

The Municipal council, decides to accept the plan of estimated financing for a contribution of the community of 50% on amount HT, that is to say 814,13 € HT

 

Election of new delegates for the CCVF

Financial participation of the commune with the construction of a new Help centre with Neuvy-sur-Barangeon.

Mister the Mayor makes known to the council that the construction project of a new barracks of the firemen presents a overcost caused by the bad condition of the ground of an amount of 60.000 € distributed on the communes concerned with the intervention of the firemen of Neuvy in first call and second call.

According to the table presented by the SDIS established according to a division equal between a distribution to the surface of the commune and the number of interventions per commune, the participation of the commune would rise with 10.074 €.

The municipal council accepts this principle of financing so that the barracks can settle in Neuvy, provided that the participation remains with the same amount. The municipal council asks the SDIS that the payment of the communal participation either spread out over 2 years, or 2011 and 2012.

Mister the Mayor points out the main features of the concept of small units of life.

The MARPA (Rural House of Reception for Elderly) is a concept developed by the MSA for the good being of the elderly, which enables them to carry out a life “as at home”. It is a small structure, made up of individual residences, limited to the reception of 24 people, reprocessed, autonomous or in loss of autonomy.
